Second to None
I recently purchased a new Accord Hybrid from Valley Honda. From the first conversation with Alex Haines, to vehicle pick up, the customer service was second to none.
My wife and I had to travel from Nova Scotia by bus, Alex picked us up at the depot at 8:30 pm and drove us to our motel and then back to dealership in the morning. He was clearly the best sales rep. I have dealt with, very knowledgeable about products and very helpful in all aspect of the purchase. He made us feel more like friends rather than customers. I will definitely buy another car from him.
If I was only an hour so from the dealership I would take my car there for service as well rather than a closer dealer.
